Yes, we accept returns within 7 days after you receive your item.The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Our team will assist you with the return process.
 
6. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
 
You can choose to receive a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) once your returned item has been inspected and approved.
 
7. How long does delivery take?
 
Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and 5–7 working days for East Malaysia, depending on courier service.
